Obama: Airline attack was preventable

Obama: Airline attack was preventable.....Should the terrorists name have been on the No-Fly list...yes but why is it that everybody is forgetting to remember that the flight DID NOT originate in the US. To me it looks like we are not the only ones to blame...how about the
"security", and I use that word lightly, in the two airports that allowed explosives onto planes?
