Student Brings Loaded Gun onto High School Campus

Student Brings Loaded Gun onto High School Campus..he brings a weapon to school DOES NOT point it at anyone and he gets arrested....An NBA player points a weapon at someone and is not arrested yet? Whatever happened to equal protection?

And don't give me that the weapon the NBA player had was not loaded....every weapon needs to be treated as if it is loaded....if a weapon is pointed at me that person better be pulling the trigger because he will have at least 2 shots coming his way. The only exception I will ever make is for law enforcement.
